"Absolutely insane how long it took to get 1 sandwich. I had 1 person in front of me during my visit, and I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for a cold sub. There were a minimum of 4 employees, with 2 of them sitting in the back room on their phones. The lady that came in after me said this has happened to her multiple times. I'll never come back to this location. I don't know if this is a management issue, employee issue, or both."

"I love that get a free sub for your birthday, which is good for a year!! i rarely ever go to jersey mikes because there is not one in my town but i went the gig harbor one today i was soooo pleased with their service i came right back to make this review :) The sandwich is awesome but all the guys working there today seemed genuinely happy, they were all smiles and very customer focused! way to go guys! good service and good food in one place seems to be a thing of the past and you guys are nailing it! thank you"

"it always takes SO LONG to get a sandwich here. the food is good but the customer service is just awful every time. their system is terrible. no communication. no pickup counter if you have an online order, so there’s no point of ordering ahead of time. yesterday i ordered a sandwich with no lettuce. they put lettuce and then attempted to just scrape it off. too lazy to remake orders if there’s a mistake. and it’s like this every time. super disappointing."
