Both the ladies (one from the fitting room - I just wasn’t able to get her name and the other one was Tricia at the cash register) who I encountered were so nice and have outstanding customer service skills despite the fact that it was a busy weekend. The lady from the fitting room was also really respectful while Tricia was friendly yet professional. They both give value to customers and it was a pleasure doing business with them. "Some of the staff were really nice, but others were very pushy and would barely allow me to look around the store without trying to sell me something else. Purchased sweaters for my wife as a Christmas gift, and was from out of area- assured me the extended return policy of 60 days was ongoing due to quarantine, and that they would refund me as long as items had been unlaundered and tags still on. Come back a month and half later, they refused to honor the extended policy because their receipts had not been updated and said a 30 day return policy, and was issued store credit."
