"If you enjoy hunting for a good deal, and sifting through unorganized chaos for a find - then Burlington is for you! To be fair, you really can find decent brands priced less than Marshall's, Ross, or TJ Maxx. Lots of Bebe, Nautica, CK, etc. Clearance season is when you can really make out like a bandit. Staff has always been friendly and super helpful, including Security. Kids toys, coats, and all things baby is where Burlington offers more than the other discount retail stores. Clothing isn't always in the corresponding sections, sizes are almost never where they belong, and racks always seem stuffed but if you're willing to search and look hard you can find some gems here and there!"
"For a new store location it seemed a little thrown together. Great selection and many bargains. Felt a little claustrophobic is some spots. Some aisles were tight enough to hide a body. I haven't been back for a while so I'm curios to see if it has a better feel the second time. I wanted to post about this place sooner but have been really busy with the holidays. As with other businesses in this part of town there are night creatures lurking about but it feels pretty safe during the day. Lots of great parking and other fun shops close by."
"Okay so I'm giving three stars because they do have a pretty good selection of stuff. If their employees were a little more friendly and helpful they'd get more stars. Also the fact that the store is a complete disaster. Looking for kids shoes you got to look through the entire aisle there's not a section for sizes they're just scattered everywhere. Same with clothes you pretty much have to look at all of the clothes to find something that you might be looking for. The other part is the employees. I don't want to throw shade on the employees but it would be great if they could improve their work a little bit. Like I understand that customer service sucks and I probably sound like a Karen even saying this. But I'm not trying to say it in a mean or hateful manner. You guys need to speed it up. Like for real for real. My 80-year-old grandma can go through self check out with 80 items including produce and get done faster than y'all. Sorry but that's just facts. And I really do like your store I don't even mind that everything's scattered everywhere because I pretty much check everything out anyway. The biggest one for me is going to be getting checked out in a timely manner. Because right now that ain't happening. Maybe y'all should add some self checkout. Cuz I'd be in and out like that and your employees wouldn't be getting pressured. But all I really want to do is be able to shop at your store in a couple minutes that I have my time is valuable so please put some pep in your step, put some speed into your check out, move it and groove it you know what I'm saying oh and y'alls door greeters need to lighten up. I like your store but y'all got a lot to improve. And I will get to a point to where I don't even want to go into the store anymore because of these things that I have pointed out and I'm actually going to bump it down from a three-star so I think I'm going to give you a two star because during this review I've noticed there's been a good amount of things that I'm not happy about coming to your store. So I'm going to go ahead and bump you down to two stars.. if y'all want to talk more about this you're going to need to drop me the email and we can talk about on email. Anyway just put some speed at them cash registers and put some happiness into your greeter and organize get organized to run a successful business you must be organized. And I'm sure I'm not the first person to say that y'all are a mess in there look like my son's bedroom stuff everywhere. Anyway peace out like brown trout have a good night y'all"
"I like the store, but I can tell you the cashiers are slow and wen I say slow I mean like really slow. Took almost 5 minutes to ring up the people in front of me with six items. And then after the people in front of me got finished it took the guy almost another 5 minutes before he was ready to have me at the counter. Like I could see if the place was super busy, but when you're first in line. And an end up waiting over 10 minutes to get out of the store. Is super insane. I love the store but those cashiers really need to move with some urgency. It's like they have no worry in the world about other people's time. My time is valuable. I pick up my son from daycare twice a week. And I usually go into Burlington on the days I pick him up to burn a few minutes and actually get some time by myself without my son. So usually on the way out I am in a hurry. So it makes it extremely frustrating when I have one or two items and it takes way longer than any other store to ring me up. So maybe you can train your people to move a little faster. Not slow walk it with the checkout because that's exactly what they're doing. They're just trying to use their 8 hours and head on out the door. I mean 10 minutes 5 minutes to ring me up with one item and I didn't even get a bag."
"Ridiculous customer service. No one manning the dressing room and was told only 2 of the rooms were available out of 6 because they are being used for storage. Also while 9 people were actively in line two out of three cashiers just left the registers leaving only one cashier. I counted six workers on the floor and only one cashier. Absolutely terrible. I sat in line for 22 minutes. Also dealt with a worker chatting in someone’s car window blocking the main roadway and she rudely yelled at me to go around when I didn’t realize they were just sitting in the road directly in front of the store doors. These people need a lesson in customer service."
