Reviews
"While we've usually had decent experiences at this location, our most recent order was a bit of a mess. There was barely any turkey on my Turkey Tom but tons of lettuce, and tomatoes on both of our ordered sandwiches looked terrible (we had to discard them). We paid extra money for cheese and got NONE, and the light mayo request was apparently ignored. I'm not sure why the staff dropped the ball this time, but we certainly hope some training might remedy issues, as we'd like to continue to dine here on occasion."
"Great place for a quick bite. Service was really friendly and helpful. The food as you would expect from a large chain. And to say it was fast is an understatement. Had just enough time to fill my pop before it was done. Loved that!"
"Edit: judging by other individual reviews, this is indeed how you roll, at least at this location. I've worked in fast food and appreciate how stressful it can be juggling orders that don't seem to slow down. Your staff are human, stuff happens - I get that. Quality control on a very basic level seems like it is too much to handle, at least at this location. I have no interest paying a delivery fee and tip knowing there is a 75% chance they will forget something or give me the wrong item. I hate wondering if checking the box for a sandwich to be cut in half will be the request that turns the order from manageable into something requiring an advanced degree in analytics to decipher or if my vegetarian wife will bite into a chunk of ham out of either spite or oversight. It's not always the food or service that are issues. One time I ordered online for delivery for as soon as possible, then noticed on the receipt it was scheduled to be delivered the following day and was surprised it arrived an hour later (less surprised at the forgotten pickle with the order). Your food is often decent and staff are friendly enough, but figure out a way to check over an order before serving it to someone at the store. If drivers are stressed out from crisscrossing town, have someone else make sure orders are complete before they leave the store. If bread is burned or an ingredient is bad, don't serve it. If someone requests no mustard and you accidentally start a sandwich with it, don't try to scrape it off and serve it anyway."
"I ordered a bootlegger combo with avocado and cheese. I got meat, bread, lettuce, and mayo. The crew seemed really spacey. They ignored me as I asked them, over the next 30 minutes, where my order was. They made only 3 other sandwiches the whole time I was there. Would not recommend this place."
"Husband and I went to get sandwiches here and they said they were out of bread but when we got to the window, they were pulling fresh bread from the oven. We had to order those lettuce wrap things and on top of getting no tomatoes when I asked for them, one whole cucumber slice, and a pitiful amount of dressing, they STUFFED the middle with more lettuce and I only got one slice of ham, turkey, and cheese. If I wanted to pay $9 for lettuce I'd have gone to the store. On top of it all they took forever."
