Jack in the Box

"Pulled into the drive thru about 4 pm. "Sorry we aren't taking any orders right now." Why be open if you are not going to take orders. Scheduling issue, short staffed, what ever maybe be the case go put the chair in the drive thru so nobody else waste there time. Just adding another time they are not taking any orders at 12 am March 10th. A mandatory break so they are not able to orders. Is there scheduling issues or what?"

"Supposed to be open until 3am, cone on the drive thru at 10pm. Dining lights off and doors locked. Once showed up a few minutes before 10. After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged ( long enough to question if the were open) the person on the intercom sounded annoying and bored. We ordered our food and pulled around to the window. They handed us our sodas, said nothing and closed the window. After several minutes, we were told to park and wait for our food. As we go to park, we noticed that they had placed the cone in the drive thru, right behind us and the menu lights had been turned off. They brought our food out several minutes later and we were just eager to get home, at this point. Now let's get to the food. Our fries were burnt and full of grease. Obviously refried old fries. Our burgers were cold and the cheese was browned from sitting out for too long. Seemed as if we were given old food from the trash. We obviously couldn't eat any of it and had to go somewhere else. We would love to eat Jack in the Box again someday, but the cone is always placed by ten, so all we can do is assume these people are still getting paid to be there. Paid to have no pride in their jobs. Paid to have no regard for customer service. There are people out there who really want to work, but you hire these people who enjoy getting paid to do nothing. Seriously. Port Orchard residents avoid this place. Hire people who care. Staring with a new manager."

"Whoever is running this place into the ground needs to be replaced. They never order enough ingredients to keep half the options on the menu, they are constantly out of stuff and it's so ridiculous it makes them the most avoided fast food place in port orchard. They would get more business if someone knew what they are doing"

"As a doordash driver, I go through a lot of drive-throughs and pick up orders for customers. I do have to say that the last time I went to this particular Jack in the Box I was very highly impressed with the level of friendliness and customer service that I was given from the man that was working the drive-thru window that night. It was awesome to receive such good service. Kudos to that guy, whoever he is. I wish I would have gotten his name. It would be nice to have workers like that at all of the restaurants"

"So I figured since I have been in the drive-through line for about 45 minutes that I would write a Review. When I first pulled up I thought oh, maybe everybody quit and there's one guy doing everything. But then when I got to the window I realized that there were at least four people in the back and they are just extremely slow. The food was cold when we got it because it was a mobile order. Don't worry though the crew was sipping on milkshakes having a good time so at least they love their jobs."
