Papa Johns Pizza

"Very disappointed this time. We have pizza every Thursday when we have our grandson as he loves Papa John's. The pizza we ordered last night was 45 minutes late, with no communication that it would be. Ended up it was finally delivered by Door Dash and was cold. Had I known there was a delivery issue I would have done carry out instead of spending $40 on a cold meal."

"This location has gone downhill. They used to be quick and professional. Now my orders take an hour or more and the pizza usually arrives at room temperature. Trying to place an order 20 minutes after they open and it says the store is still closed. This seems to be a reoccuring thing."

"I've been a fan of Papa Johns for many years. I bragged to my friend, who'd never tried it and ordered from here recently. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The entire experience from very late delivery (more than 2 hrs), bad, flippant customer service when I asked about our order, to downright horrible, Cold pizza (after being promised it'd be hot) and sides. Omg, I can't even believe it! I submitted complaint via email, online and have not received anything at all in return. We spent near $50 that night and couldn't even get acknowledged?! I'm STILL upset (it was 1st week of October)! Won't spend a dime at this location again"

"They are never in sync with the times on the app. It drives me crazy. Happens 4 out of 5 times. I end up waiting 10-20 minutes more than when the app says the order is ready. It is also super dirty inside and a few times the guy at the register leaves his gloves on to handle the money or credit card receipt and then goes back to the pizza station. This would be unacceptable except that it's Port Orchard and the restaurants are scarce."
