"The interior is very modern, open, and two stories so it has plenty of space to get work done and conduct meetings. Seeing the giant Verve Coffee Roasters on the wall was a relief because all the photos I was seeing of the cafe were with Peet's Coffee which is not my favorite, so they definitely upgraded imo. I ordered a double espresso that had decent texture and flavor and the ham and cheese sandwich which was kinda weird because of the slice of cheese on top of the bread, but it filled me up. Overall, the ambassadors and baristas were pleasant to talk to and it's a very relaxing space to get work done!"

"I have always been treated like a VIP at this location! The people are genuinely friendly and glad to see me, and are always up for a friendly chat. The atmosphere is clean and neat, showing that the ambassadors and baristas take pride in the appearance of their store. The drinks are warm and delicious, and come in flavors I've never had anywhere else. In this city and in this day and age, everyone is just so used to rushing around in a hurry, but this location is an oasis... it's so refreshing to know that there's a place where you're not just allowed but encouraged to relax. I'll miss you guys, but I'll be back when I can."

"8/10/2023 Updated Review: I've always enjoyed Capitol One Café due to the welcoming atmosphere and enjoyable coffee. I always feel like this place escalates my creativity due to the enormous space and natural light. They recently switched from Peet's Coffee to Verve, which I'm not complaining about. I also want to thank Don and Aiden for their unwavering positive attitudes and warm greetings. I've been a Capital One member for years, and drinking Peet's Coffee at half the price is a huge win for me. As a CO cardholder, all your drinks are half off, and I really enjoyed the space they offered. I had the Havana Cappuccino, which was perfectly spices but a tad bit too sweet. Great study area! :) I'll be back."

"Capital One Cafe is a great place if you are looking for a quiet coffee shop to read or get work done. The few times I have been here it was not crowded unlike a lot of other coffee shop shops in the city which can get crowded and noisy. The cafe has 2 levels (there is a elevator) and a restroom upstairs. They have a small area with a couch upstairs, small and long tables with chairs) and a table with puzzles. The wifi is free and fast and there is music playing in the background but it is not too loud. They serve standard coffee shop fare (it's a Peet's coffee shop inside) like drip, lattes and frappes ( I like the matcha frappe). It is well lit and spacious and ideal if you are interested in a relatively quiet coffee shop environment to do some work or read."
