"These guys are AWESOME!!! Got a great deal on a new car, but there was no sound coming from the speakers. I stopped by to see if someone was available to look at it, and the person behind the counter was happy to check it out!! He started working his way around the car and within a couple of minutes found the issue. Realizing it was easy, he gave me some quick instructions so I could do it at home rather than try to get money out of fixing it himself. Asked about the terminals on the battery for the sound system, he immediately had a recommendation and (again) gave me quick instructions so I could do it at home within minutes. I plan to return soon to purchase a sub-woofer (he had a couple of great suggestions when I asked!), ESPECIALLY because he wasn't pushy at trying to get me to buy it now. Maybe I'm slanted with having spoken to a good few car salespeople this past weekend, but the customer service here is phenomenal. Both from the standpoint of customer experience AND knowledge of equipment. I wish I had gotten his name, but everyone I encountered at Eclipse had the same awesome disposition. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Thank you for everything!!!!"
