"The barista was extremely rude to us upon drive through. Did not catch her name unfortunately. She felt the need to educate us that cold brew cannot be served hot. We obviously know this. So I told her I understand that and the rest of the conversation was just an uncomfortable judgmental experience. Her facial expressions, everything. So she handed the drink back to my husband very aggressively, basically slamming it into his hand. She then served us a drink that wasn’t cold brew and I know this because the bottom liquid was warm upon drinking it. (Pretty certain she gave us espresso and water). It was all just so odd. I never go here because the line is always ridiculously long. But today I did and I won’t be going back. There are plenty of other coffee places to choose from nearby that I can recommend in which the wait is shorter and the staff is nicer."

"Small little shack serving coffee drinks here. The two women working in there were very friendly and helpful. We got two iced americanos that were nice and strong and really cold. We came back a second time and got an americano. Coffee in both cases was strong but not bitter. It's nice that you can just drive by with your car right to the window and order, makes it very convenient."

"This is the 4th Gourmet Latte I've been to and my review can apply to the others as well. Excellent coffee, nice 'n smooth, very hot but not too hot, average prices, and wonderful service even though it was early morning and there was only 1 batista that morning. In fact, their coffee is so smooth, you probably wouldn't miss not adding any flavored syrups."
