"We are at an Airbnb near this store. My daughter purchased a large flavored coffee I got a small or medium mocha frap. I asked for 2 shots there wasn’t any shots. It looked like there was caramel at the bottom and drink was super sweet. This topped off the experience. The banana bread had two date stickers on it. The top sticker of banana bread noted 2/5 when I peeled the top one off the date sticker underneath noted 2/3. The reason why I pulled back the sticker because it seemed dry and stale. My daughter bought a lemon cake with 2/3 they didn’t even try to hide it was old sold on the 4th. We also ordered 2 bagels - those were not bagel they were bread. They were good but they were not bagels."

"One of the baristas spilled my scalding hot drink all over my injured hand and continued to laugh about it, as I’m crying in pain. I’ve been coming to BigFoot for years but because of how the situations been handled I won’t be coming back here or to another location and I suggest you shouldn’t either. Worst service I’ve ever had, left with a burn and they had the audacity to still charge me for it. Don’t waste your time. Upon reading other reviews the bad service seems to be a common issue."

"I get a redbull and smoothies here very frequently and the girls are quite friendly and professional. I’ve met nearly everyone and they’re always fast and professional. They really take their time to get to know you I’d give 1000 stars if I could! Perfect for late night coffee runs!"

"NASTIEST barista I have ever met. I have worked at coffee stands majority of my adult life, and I have never seen a barista act as such. I went on a run with my dog around town and he was overheated/breathing heavily, and I had forgot his water bottle. I walk up (which they allowed) I asked to purchase water for my dog who was laying on the ground heaving, she looked me up and down and said "We don't do that here" and closed the window on me. WOW. I know for a fact I can purchase water at Bigfoot. She denied me service for no reason at all. This was Sun Sept 10th at 9:40ish Pm."
