"I’ve been dying to come to this store since my husband always comes here to get me little gifts. We came by on a Sunday and they closed at 6, but Google said 5. It was 5:45 and my husband ran into to check what time they were closed and she made a rude comment about “well we won’t be open til 6 much longer” or something like that. Anyways we grabbed our little one from the car and ran in (5:48pm) and they closed the doors and put a sign up not allowing us in, and gave us extremely dirty looks when we stood outside confused. Really bad customer service when I literally just wanted to look really quick so I could see it for myself for the future. Definitely not a good experience especially after a week from hell. Kindness is free."
