"I was told by an employee that I will be able to get a video game the next day if I came at opening time, I got up and went there and with lot of disappointment I was not able to buy the deluxe edition of the video game. The employee were not discussing anything and didn't satisfied me to ever shop at that place for a video game ever. They have no sense of responsibility. This si the one of the worse best buy place I ever been to"
"I wanted to buy a phone and the person who was helping me was very cocky and disrespectful to me. If he had been a little bit more sympathetic since I'm an older person and disabled instead of laughing at me I could have handled that. But the disrespect was unbelievable. Incidentally his name is Joel. I asked about a case for the phone which he didn't recommend. Instead he showed me a screen saver that I didn't want to buy. I asked him about transferring data from my old phone to the new one and he was not helpful. All he said was make an appointment with the geek squad but they probably won't be able to help you today. When I told him that I really needed it today he said sarcastically, well do it yourself and laughed when I became upset. When somebody's upset you just don't laugh at them. That is beyond rude. The person's name is Joel. He didn't offer any advice on how to do it or instructions. When I told him I didn't know how to do that he laughed. This I thought was extremely disrespectful. I went to a telephone repair shop not too far from Best buy to see if they could help me. There was no waiting, and there was no making an appointment The man didn't charge me a dime but he showed me how to set it up. He took the time to show me and he was very respectful and sympathetic towards me. This is what Joel should have done. Joel also added The screensaver to my purchases which I did not approve. I didn't realize this until I got to my car and had to come back in for a refund. There is something definitely wrong with this salesperson, Joel. Management needs to talk to him about respecting elders not ridiculing them. One more thing is that two other sales people were there watching him and as I left, I said I would have preferred a different salesperson. And I think his supervisor said that he was the only one available. I don't believe this as there were no customers there and three people just standing around watching him laugh. Best buy used to be a really good place to go. They were extremely helpful, patient and explained things. I have no idea what happened to this company but it is certainly is not as personable as it was before. I think you should give him a lesson on respect"

"This BestBuy rocks. Staff was exceptional, super helpful. I had purchased a laptop that ended up not having the correct thunderbolt port for the gbps I needed to go with the high refresh rate monitor I had purchased. The team helped me find a replacement with my port requirements, wipe the new laptop that didn't work out, etc. New setup is working perfectly! I will 100% be back, just because of how helpful and flexible everyone was. Already bought a new TV from the store for my mom. A+++"
