Domino's Pizza

"I ordered my food at 6:45 and was told it would be 75-85 mins until it is delivered. That was shocking to me but given it's a saturday night I understood. Now it's 9 pm and I still haven't gotten my food. I called to cancel my order- because I haven't had dinner yet and I need to go somewhere else. Guess who doesn't pick up their phone. I've called 5 times and have been on the phone for 15. OH they picked up after 20 minutes!! update: for some reason I still received my food even tho I canceled it. Shout out to the delivery guy he was the kindest man in the world."

"I placed an order with an approximate wait time of 50minutes. After an hour and 40 minutes I try to call the store but my call keeps getting dropped so I keep calling back assuming it was a connection issue. I wasn’t upset, I was just trying to ask for an eta since it looked like their tracker wasn’t working. I totally get that a pizza place is busy in a weekend. As I’m trying to call, I receive different a call from dominos and before I can say a word the lady says “I’ve received 5 calls from you and answered every time. If you call again I’ll cancel the order. Your pizza is on the way” and hangs up. I then get a message 10 minutes later saying my pizza is out for delivery which makes me feel a bit unclear about what’s going on. Overall I just feel a a bit bothered with the assumptions made by the woman on the phone. I had no idea 5 of my calls went through since from my end the calls were either on an automated hotline or dropped. Edit: shoutout to russel who delivered my food. Awesome guy and super good customer service. Give that man a raise."

"We have been customers of this location specifically for over six years and the quality continues to plummet. Spoke to Kaylee the manager after we received a pizza that was really more of a bread bowl full of alfredo soup. So undercooked that when I tried to pick up a piece it fell apart. The stuffed pepperoni bread wasn't made/closed right and there was hardly anything in it besides. My pasta was also swimming in far too much alfredo. The sealed garden salad was at least a week old, the onions were like tasteless cardboard. I called to ask for a refund for the pizza ONLY and got told "we're not refunding a $70 order" and "well you didn't ask for LIGHT sauce on the pizza". Our options were a free pizza - why would we want a free pizza when it's obvious that the quality is horrible? - or 20% off the order, which we already had. Now that we've been treated reprehensibly and spoken to combatively from the moment Kaylee called back and blamed for something that isn't our fault, I WILL be calling corporate tomorrow and getting a FULL refund, and Dominos has lost a customer for life. We'd rather wait a bit and get quality for the money instead of getting a pile of inedible food in less than 20 minutes.Try Soprano's, they're much better."

"This was probably the worst Domino's pizza I ever had. I understand the store might have been busy, but you can take an additional 5 minutes rather than provide this experience to the customers."

"Good pizza, prepped and ready super quick, and my pick up order was greeted with a friendly staff member. This location has all the regular deals, and the prices aren’t mindblowingly low, but fair for the convenience. The parking lot is usually packed and has a couple suspect characters hanging out there. Delivery usually takes a while but pick up has always been seamless. There is no seating room for dine in."
