"It use to have a warm zen vibe but, all the decor is gone and the staff is entirely different. Not to mention they use powdered ingredients. Best bet is to make your way to Bambu Tacoma or Miss Boba in Kent. Good quality ingredients and the vibe is also."

"Watered down, too much ice, do not recommend, the flavor you get initially is fairly cheap and robust, I had 2 bad experiences, the boba teas here are almost 8$ bucks each. The taste is good then it quickly turns into ice or watered down flavor. Pretty expensive boba teas that are full of ice and little to no flavor. Do not go here it sucks."

"Can’t say much about this place since we barely made any contact with the 1 person who was working there who happens to be the owner. We ordered a few drinks with tapioca and it came with golden colored flavorless ones. We mentioned it was our first time there and no recommendations were mentioned. Customer service is definitely lacking here but it could possibly be due to a language barrier maybe? Can’t say I’d recommend this boba place to people since there really wasn’t anything that stood out to make this trip worth it. There’s definitely much better places to get boba tea from for sure."

Customer service is on point ask for Michael or Cassy! If you don’t know what to get just get their Boba Latte which is what their known for, Definitely check it out if your around the area."

"I am a huge bubble tea lover! But I have to say I was disappointed in my drink. I ordered a Taro smoothie and it tasted bland. No flavoring - mostly tasted like blended water down flavor with ice. The ice wasn’t blended all the way as there were huge chunks. I also was over hearing the cashier talking about quitting to a customer because she isn’t getting paid fairly. Also, the pricing on the chart didn’t reflect what I was being charged. I would most definitely not be returning to this place."
