"Horrible customer service for in store customers. They take the order and make you wait for 15 mins for a coffee. Do not suggest this location at all."

"Don’t place an order for pickup at the counter. My drink was ready when the app said it was but my food items took 20 minutes and I’m sure it was sitting behind the counter for 5. Once I got the bag it was dripping with spilled coffee. I under stand it’s busy in the morning but it shouldn’t be that unorganized."

"The staff is nice enough, but on two separate occasions my order has been forgotten and I've been left standing for ~20 minutes while cars in the drive-thru coast by and people who ordered after me are leaving in droves. The first time I had to go ask and they finally made it. The second time, after the 20-minute mark, I finally went up and asked for a refund and left"

"Slow Gets your order wrong basically like the worst starbucks I've been to like almost everything else in lakewood. I was the only person in line including the person in front of me. I got a nitro cold brew when I finally get to the window after 15 mins waiting on one person in front of me. They tried to charge me 20.78 for one drink. You would think after all that time they spent on the one an only person in front of me they would get their only other customers order right but nope."

"I love all of the employees at this specific Starbucks! They always make my drinks to Perfection and they're always upbeat and have amazing attitudes. I always feel appreciated and they always try to get to know me. I will always be returning custome to this amazing establishment"
