"Good chicken sandwich! Chicken was really juicy! I’d never seen kale salads on the menu here so I had to try it. Surprisingly, it was good! I’ll order this again rather than fries. Not a huge fan of waffle fries anyway. Service was pleasant. I was asked if I wanted a refill of my drink as I walked out. Atmosphere was typical. It was busy and as clean as it could be with some many people coming and going. The parking lot however, way too small of spots and I don’t even have a big vehicle."

"Used the drive through to pick up lunch today. Very good service - quick and courteous. The self order kiosks were out of order but there were folks there to take the order. Not much of a wait time either. Food was ready in a couple of mins despite there being a lot of cars ahead of us. Food was fresh and tasty! Good experience overall."

"The drive-through entrance was a bit hard to find, but that is probably due to it being so long because they have to accommodate a long line... The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. My only complaint is that my spicy chicken sandwich was too small compared to the other sandwiches."

"Upon walking in and finding a place to dine was more than anyone should have to deal with. EVERY booth was dirty to include the seats when my husband asked for a towel to wipe down the seating area (don't laugh) he was handed a moist towelettes and was told this is what they use. The manager saw what he was handed and walked away. As he was opening the small wipe packet, an employee came sprayed and wiped all the tables. The food was not to the standard of when the 1st Chic-ful-A opened Maybe it was just the one we chose to go to and others have higher standards."
