"Ordered a half sandwich and a soup, took half an hour to get it The sandwich, which was definitely a full and not a half, was a saucy mess that got everywhere and they put the napkins under it so they were soaked on arrival. The sandwich had a weird sweetness to it and was one of the worst sandwiches of my life. The soup was too salty and otherwise unremarkable. I won't be back."

"first of all, it took almost an entire hour for them to assemble one sandwich and pour some soup into a cup. second of all, they then /didn't even give me the right sandwich./ i ordered a completely vegetarian sandwich, yet for some reason they completely covered it in shredded chicken and did not put any greens. how do salad greens get replaced with meat that wasn't even supposed to be there? how does it take an hour to make the Wrong sandwich? yet my bag was marked as checked for correctness."

"I ordered 2 sandwiches via doordash today,,,, both were missing anything green, including basil, and their soup tasted more processed than canned soup found at the grocery store for 1/4 the price. I've tried them 3x in 2023, and every order was F'd up, missing ingredients, or their rotten apple sides get tossed. Please go elsewhere and save yourselves."

Missing fruit cups, vegetarian sandwiches with meat added, cup of soup with the lid not secured. I’m never going back as I’ve had the exact same experience at the Gig Harbor Panera.
