"Fantastic lunch happy hours specials! Delicious food. We sat at the bar, and our server/bartender was really great in all areas. Attentive but not annoying, and she did a great job with making recommendations and advising clearly what was on the happy hour specials and what wasn't. Everything we ordered was great! I loved the tuna sashimi and tempura vegetables the most. Gyoza were also great!"

"Trappers sushi is so far my favorite sushi place in Olympia/Lacey area. It's modern, clean and the food is pretty good. We ordered the steak teriyaki, sashimi, calamari, tuna and salmon ningiri, and a couple of sushi orders. They were all delicious."
