"Was visiting Tacoma and in the mood for Dominos before my 1.5hr drive home. This Domino's said the wait would be "30-40 min for carry out. We'll txt you when its ready." The wait was long but i thought worth it. (?) I was parked outside, so after 40 mins i went in thinking they forgot to text me. They apologized that they were "very busy" but they would put mine in next and it would be ready in 20mins! FORGET IT! I left. On my way home i went thru Olympia and stopped at Pizza Time. I LOVE their pizza!"
"Put in an online order for a late night craving, delivery was insanely fast and food was in good condition and hot. Fred is amazing, hands down! Had a free drink that got missed when my order was dropped off, slightly disappointed but it honestly wasn't a huge deal since it was an extra treat anyway. No more than 5-10 minutes went by before there was a knock on my door and my missing drink was delivered without me saying anything. Always appreciate above and beyond service like that, thank you!"
"I’ve been all over the US ordering Domino’s We love our pizza without garlic oil on crust. Just moved here and ordered our usual when we got home there was garlic oil on crust. We understand it can be a not so often request. I called to let them know and the manager on board swore up and down that there was no garlic oil and that in fact she made them and that we could check the video of her making them. She would not give me her name after that either. I never write reviews but I was absolutely taken aback by this KAREN! Customer service is obviously not her priority as a manager!! Nice clean place and sweet workers otherwise! (Galaxy Drive)"
"First of all, I always order here. Never had a problem, got my food 10_15 minutes late, but I wasn't really trippin'. Traffic happens.. 2nd, one of my pizzas had sausage, pepperoni, my sons fave.. but 3 slices had no sausage on it. And I also ordered a chicken thin crust with jalapeno, it wasn't cut like a pizza, it was cut up massacre style... is that normal?"
