Papa Johns Pizza

"They were great when it came to customer service but my only complaint is the lack of washing hands and not using gloves to make the pizza. I rarely ever make a review but I ordered a pizza and I noticed the cashier who put the toppings on my pizza didn’t wash their hands after handling the cash register and touching their face, hair etc. I thought maybe it was a one time thing where they forgot, i watched as the next people ordered and the same worker failed to wash their hands and actually used their bare finger to take off excess sauce off the dough and wiped it back into the sauce container. Papa johns is always a go to for my family and I to order but since this incident I feel kinda hesitant to go back. I can only imagine if they aren’t in a habit of washing their hands then what else could they be disregarding when it comes to food safety and sanitation."

"Papa John's offers a decent pizza for a delivery chain joint. The biggest fault is in the crust. Overall it's a bit soft and doughy scoring a solid 4.5/10. The sauce on the other hand is pretty good for such a complex sauce. I generally prefer a simpler sauce that you can really taste the tomatoes in but for this offering they do a good job and it comes in at a respectable 6/10. The toppings are great but the cheese is a bit greasy. Overall pizza score 5.5/10 value out the door 6/10. Definitely a good go to for an easy delivery."

"My husband and I ordered two medium pizzas tonight for delivery and the picture I posted is how one of them arrived. I called to explain the condition of my pizza to the manager.. I can’t tell if water spilt in it or what the liquid is but half of the pizza is completely soggy and like I said.. I don’t know what split on it. I was told I could get a new pizza for free but I’d have to go pick it up.. I declined the offer because I’m not going out tonight which is why we placed an order for delivery. Im extremely disappointed with the customer service and pretty annoyed that I paid for a pizza we cannot eat. Take care of your customers the way you would want to be cared for.. it’s that simple."

"My boyfriend made a mistake on the order and the manager was nice enough to remake it for us for free. The pizza was delicious and The costumer service Was perfect!"

"EDIT: The restaurant has talked to me and gave me a refund for the order. They have checked the oven temperatures and did more training on them. So I changed my stars rating. Do you like burnt pizza? These breadsticks were dry and bitter and I couldn’t sell them to even the hungriest of my crew. Pizzas had crust like this as well. Tried to call but was put on hold and never talked to."
