"Normally this location is a 5 out of 5, however last 2 times there was very little meat in the orders. I ordered extra beef for my son and it was like a regular order. I loooooooved the cashier both times. He was the shining light both visits."

"Almost every time I order online for pickup, my order is either done incorrectly, or half hearted. Tonight I got everything I ordered, but my burrito had about 4 bits of chicken, barely any beans, and virtually no guacamole. The burrito was practically all rice. I love this chipotle, especially when I order in store, but this store honestly has the poorest online service. I don’t mean to sound dramatic, but I’ve wasted my money countless times ordering online from here. If the online service was significantly better, this store would easily be 5 stars."

"Rice was undercooked, almost completely raw and crunchy. Had to throw away half of my meal. When I brought this up to a worker, she didn't care. This place is food poisoning waiting to happen. I don't know what's happening with this chain, but the last few years they are really dropping the ball. I will no longer be eating here - I can make better food at home (and for 1/3 of what it costs here)."

"This is one of my favorite place when I need food in a hurry. It is so healthy and environmentally friendly. You get to pick choose what you would like. I especially like the black beans and double the meat for the steak of the chicken. Everything is made fresh in front of you. The chips and salsa as well as guacamole Are really delicious."

"Summer was at the counter when I arrived with no other customers in the restaurant. She had me wait quite a while as she took her time wiping down the counter. More people arrived and she decided to ask for my order with an attitude. I ordered a Burrito Bowl and when I asked her for more of something she ignored me. At the end with my bowl looking empty she piled on lettuce and put the cover on. I complained to Jaylene, the manager, showing her my bowl was mostly lettuce. She did nothing but ask for my payment. I wasn't going to pay that much for a bowl of lettuce so left hungry and disappointed. I've always had a decent experience at Chipotle and enjoyed the food. Now I'm hesitant about ever going back."
