"HORRIBLE! We could not order food from the desk we had to use the kiosk. They didn't give us our drinks. We had to tell them what we ordered anyways. What's the point? The staff was unprofessional in many ways. We even heard them saying they hope people say they are slow and write bad reviews about them. The staff person wouldn't give my husband the code to the bathroom. She opened it up for him. That made him feel uncomfortable as well... like he was wrong for asking to use the restroom. Not cool! Every time we come to this Taco Bell the service and employees seem to get worse. This was a terrible experience."

"I went here at 9:30am to get some breakfast. I first tried order the number 11 breakfast burrito meal. I asked for orange juice and was told they were out. So I tried for a Dr. Pepper and they were out. It was at this point they tried to up sell me extra sausage, extra cheese, extra sour cream. Due to the lack of the requested drinks I changed my order to just 2 grilled sausage burritos. I get to the window pay for my food. Wasn't offered any hot sauce, got no napkins and my 2 burritos were not grilled. The egg and sausage was cold and both burritos were missing the cheese."

"Ordered a power bowl minus rice minus pinto beans with chicken and steak both and this is what I get. Not even a full bowl of food. Not in any way pleased."

"Food is good an all but they treat their employees like garbage, and don’t pay them anything. They break labor laws and god knows how many other laws they break and they genuinely don’t know how to run a store properly unless they’re being watched. So other than that good great but the people who run the show only care abt themselves and it’s just all garbage no wonder why everyone is quitting left an right"

"Mediocre taco bell. Had to go in an ask why my burrito was so small. Had it remade. Still small. Why can I go to the taco bell by my work up north and get the same burrito twice the size and pay the same money. It's called the GRANDE toasted breakfast burrito. Grande means large. You don't pay for the food give me more LOL. Makes zero sense"
