Mana Sushi & Teriyaki Wok

"Fried rice was bland, rangoons were hard, service was uncomfortable, no sauce or chopsticks with my togo order. I came here a year or so ago and it was great but way lower quality now"

"I've been here numerous times over the years. The food is decent, however the customer service is horrible. Based on the rotation of workers, I'm guessing the management is the issue. I've had issues with waiters enforcing "no drink" rules with my children and their sippy cups. But more recently, I received a to-go order with a mountain dew that expired over a month ago. I only noticed this because it tasted weird. When I called and informed the management, they said "Sooo, what do you want us to do about it? Are you wanting a refund or something" then I as I was being to talk, they hung up. This is not a friendly establishment and even though the rice is conveniently close, my family has decided this will be our last time here due to the service."

"I've been to Mana twice and the food has been absolutely delicious both times. I was new to sushi, and they made me want to try more dishes. Sadly, service the first time was some of the rudest I'd had in years. The second time was significantly better (different server). But this is why I only gave a 3 for service at this time... The food was good enough for us to risk another bad service experience, but it made us think about not returning."

"Update.. We just keep coming back their food is all delicious! Everything is so fresh and made with Experience and care. I think we've tried almost every role of sushi they have now. Not everyone is my favorite but now that I've tried them I know which ones are my favorites. Love how fast they are and how the service is right there on top of everything you don't have to wait around forever. Can't tell you how many times we've been back here, but The food and service stays excellent each time. Yes sometimes they get pretty busy, but they always seem to be keeping their eye out for anything you might need. Super fast service didn't have to ask for anything. The Mama rule was delicious the flavors were bold but it was layered in such a way that it worked wonderfully. It Gyoza was Crunchy with a juicy interior. Egg roll was crunchy with a nice mix of both meat and vegetables. Bento Box was delicious great variety. The pork Chow mean was delicious with lots of noodles anoodles and vegetables and delicious flavored pork. Also I took home a container of hot and sour soup and found it wonderful with a amazing vegetable flavor with just the right amount of heat. Warms your taste buds, but not too much. This was the first time trying there hot and sour soup. I can see us going back for this again along with everything else. every time we go here we try something new and everything is so amazing."
