"Nordstrom Bistro is typically very good but I had the French Dip and the meat was dried out, the bun was burnt and the au jus had an odd flavor. My friend had their “Chicken Noodle Soup” which was a very thick bowl of goo. It was so unappetizing and I wonder how much cornstarch was used. So disappointing."
"A little off, out of pizza dough@4;30, crab bisque showed no sign of crab other than a fishy tomato soup and out of tomato soup. First 2 picks of my wife were out, had to ask what they were out of before asking for anything else (there were 2 more). I visited one of these in Seattle and much better."
"This hidden gem is a must-visit. The food - though a bit pricey - has always been on point. I love the pay-before-you-eat style and the service has always been fantastic. Tucked away on the second floor of Nordstrom's, the atmosphere is quite relaxing and usually quite calm. We will continue to visit this location."
"I had the Chef's Featured pizza with pepperoni and a variety of mushrooms, it was very delicious."
"Update: 5-19-2022 I was food poisoned and the chef tried to give me salmonella today. I was served raw meat today in my sandwhich. I wasnt taken care of and I was laughed at on three different occasions by the asian female waitress. When I initially told staff my meat wasnt cooked she lied and said thats how it's supposed to be. I had to ask for a refund. Also: The menu has changed recently. The prices are much more expensive, for example the steak is about $10 more expensive now and is $30. They are significantly upcharging, lowing the menu quality, treating guests horridly. Update: 3 stars The sandwich tasted oily and it wasn't worth the price. A very small portion of fries too. Not worth the $22. I wouldn't pay $12. The fries were tasty and I got a large plate of fries after the fact because they seasoned my fries instead of serving plain fries as I asked. Seevice was good for the fries issue. The pudding type dessert was good, but it tasted just like basic vanilla pudding with a heated sugar coating. Women Chef Victoria cooked the best tasting steak I've ever eaten for the most part. It was near perfect, a bit more medium than rare though, but still good overall. Steak near melted in my mouth, but not quite the quality of melt in your mouth steak. Hence the more medium than rare for the medium rare steak I ordered. The salad was mostly well balanced and tasted good, but some of the tomatoes were an odd color as if they were under or over rip or had gone bad? Idk if it was worth $23 dollars but it sure tasted good overall. (There was one piece of the steak that was cooked well done and didnt taste like the rest of the steak and had bits of unedible and tough fats/meat, notice the piece on the far left looks out of order, and it was not to my liking at all.) I recommend eating here. The environment is nice and clean."
