"I've really liked Chipotle in the past, but legit 50 percent of the time I order (and I order extra because they give such small portions to online orders) it's just the smallest portions for an increased price. I ordered a chicken bowl with extra rice, no beans, extra fajita veggies, sour cream, green salsa, extra corn slaw, and cheese and this is what I got. Mind you I paid 28 dollars for this to be delivered. Then when I go to submit a complaint to pepper, it tells me they're having "technical issues" and can't submit my request. Probably because I've had to submit quite a few. So now I'm just out that money with this tiny portion of food. It's not people trying to get free food from you Chipotle, it's that were paying increased prices and convenience fees for delivery, and this is what you're training your employees to give customers, let alone ones who are paying for extra portions. Id suggest going somewhere else."
"I normally really enjoy Chipotle but had never been to this location. My family was passing through and decided to grab dinner. The store was not busy (one customer eating, one walking out with food as we walked in). There were four employees gathered around the table behind the counter that gave a weak greeting as we entered. One came to start taking our order while the other three stood around. One of them was chopping something but the other two were not doing anything. Typically Chipotle is a clean and pleasant restaurant. The counter near the ingredients was filthy. Many of the ingredient bins were empty. The worker went to the back to get meat for my burrito because they didn't even have it on the line. The guacamole was clearly getting old and starting to brown. The sour cream was nearly empty and watery. The ingredients were scattered about the line and mixed in other containers. Again, it was filthy. While one employee made my food (slowly), my wife stood and waited while the others stood around talking. As he rolled my burrito, toppings oozed out and got on the counter. He continued to roll it and the foil was covered in sour cream and guacamole that was on the counter. He didn't switch the wrap or wipe it off and the burrito was barely covered with a gap showing along the crease. Finally another employee came to the register and pulled an aluminum tray from under the counter to put our food on. The tray was visibly damaged and dirty with dried guacamole on it. This was the final straw and my wife said she didn't want to eat there. I paid for the one item and we left. I would not recommend THIS Chipotle and will never return."
"2nd time ever to a Chipotle. Ordered 2 burritos. One carnitas,no rice, add guacamole and queso, one chicken, rice, no guac,no queso. The chicken burrito was nearly half the size if the one without rice...rice bein the go-to filler, not sure why"
"I’ve given this location a couple tries to be open. But I’m done wasting my money. I’ve never had a good experience here. And if we are paying $13 plus I would’ve hoped the could’ve filled the bottom of the bowl. Do not recommend. Chipotle has continued to go down hill."
"I had a pieces of an avocado pit in my salad. I returned it immediately to the store showing the manager and asking what were the hard pieces I found in my veggie salad. The manager just stared and said she had no ideal and didn’t have an ounce of care. She didn’t apologize once, offered to make me a new salad(not that I would have taken it the lettuce was wilted and wet and the rice was clumps) or even refund my money. I had to ask for a refund. I don’t recommend this place at all."
