"got the Medium Handmade Pan Pizzq with Alfredo sauce, topped with Pineapple and Beef, and cooked well done I'm going to start this by saying after picking up this pizza, I walked nearly a mile to the light rail station, waited about 5 min for the train, took the train for another 5 minutes, and walked the 5 minutes home afterwards. It was so worth it for this pizza The pizza I got was so amazing in so many different ways it's hard to describe them all - but I'm going to try to I've long been a fan of Dominos, but this was my first time getting a Pan pizza, and also my first time getting Alfredo sauce instead of the traditional Tomato-based sauce Firstly, the pan pizza aspect of this made it astonishingly good From what I've been able to gather, pan pizza is baked with a special dough and butter mixture, and this adds an extra layer of butter on top of the crust when eating Boy, does this make a huge difference I could tell the moment I picked up the pizza that this was more buttery/oily/moist than I was used to. I noticed this extra when air frying my leftover pizza - where the parchment paper I was using underneath was essentially drenched in oil. This is probably not very healthy, but this made it taste so much better Each bite had incredible levels of flavor - just a fantastic buttery/oil taste that was there throughout each slice. A totally different experience than a regular pizza slice The other thing that the pan pizza does is it makes the pizza a lot thicker than the traditional hand-tossed variety. This means the cheese goes deeper into the pizza - about halfway through - and the rest is the buttery dough. Doing it this way makes each bite have a lot more weight to it - and you get a lot more of both cheese and that butter-flavored dough with each bite. The cheese was also incredible - it was perfectly melted, really soft, and just tasted really damn good overall Moving on to the Alfredo sauce - I found this to be so much better than the traditional tomato-based sauce. While the tomato sauce contrasts with the rest of the pizza flavor and gives it this tangy feeling - I think the way that the Alfredo sauce supercharges the cheese flavor makes it that much better in my opinion. Rather than stand out from the crowd, it blends in to the rest, but in a way where it makes the rest of the pizza so much better with its presence Another thing that I loved about this is that I got this made Well-Done. This made the crust so perfectly crispy - especially the edges. The bottom edge of the triangle was so crunchy, but my favorite part was the top inch or so of the slice. While this pizza doesn't have a traditional crust section, as the cheese extends all the way to the top, the top section is baked more - which makes it wonderfully crispy. This top section was my favorite part of the pizza to eat. The buttery flavor combines perfectly with this crispiness Moving onto the toppings - I got pineapple and beef The pineapple was phenomenal - it was juicy, beautifully sweet, and melded so well with the cheese it's unbelievable. The fact that people dislike pineapple on pizza is mind-blowing to me - this was just perfect. I liked that the pizza had a lot of this The beef also tasted really good - it was clear that it was seasoned. This brings me to my one complaint with this pizza though - that it was pretty lacking with the beef toppings, as shown by the picture. A perfect score could've been achieved if they'd had a lot more of those The final aspect I have yet to talk about is the portion size for the price. This is where this pizza absolutely blows everything else I've reviewed out of the water - for about 10 dollars (using a coupon) I was able to get a Medium 2-topping Pan Pizza, which lasted me 3(!!) separate meals at home. The pizza came out as a total of nearly 3000 calories - and getting that for 10 dollars is just an incredible deal Overall, a truly fantastic pizza for an all-time price. 9.5/10"
"Employees were friendly, but seemed completely overworked, and my pizzas came out about 30 min after the estimated time. The in-store tracker said they were ready 20 min before they actually were. When I asked, they said that the tracker didn't understand the way the oven actually worked and that it could not be trusted. They may have been right, because the pizzas were cooked well and were tasty, but the timing was ridiculously inaccurate. When I ordered, the time to pickup was 20-31 minutes, and it was not ready until 59 minutes after ordering, so I spent 30 min just standing in the store. I'll probably be trying another local Domino's for our next order."
"I was excited to use my free emergency pizza reward that I'd earned with points. However, when I went to check out, I was greeted with a message saying "your order does not mean this store's minimum delivery amount of $23.46". What kind of restaurant has a minimum you can spend? When the delivery fee is literally 9 dollars (doesn't go to the driver btw) and I'm tipping 5 dollars on top of it, I don't understand why that's even a problem. What's the point of a "free" pizza if I have to pay 23 dollars just to get it delivered? I have covid and don't have the energy to cook and don't want to go inside the store for carryout and get people sick. This location is going to end up going out of business."
"Summary: Raw dough, awful service, rude shift manager, customers literally in tears I almost never leave reviews. This experience was SO bad I had to. First off, we ordered carryout but did not get a single update or notification...I happened to show up as the screen inside said my order was ready though, after a run to the Target nearby, around 45 minutes later. So yay! I thought... I waited in line with several other angry customers, none of whom had pizzas yet even though the screen was saying they were ready...the shift manager I assumed that would be the case for me and I wasn't wrong. But I was assured by the shift manager (at least I think she was the SM?) that it was in the oven and it would "only be 5 minutes". The customer next to me asked if there was a mistake because the screen was saying "Ready" and she dismissively said "well, that's not right...that just says it automatically when we hit the button saying it's going into the oven" or something to that effect. Great system. Oh well, I was in no huge hurry and was fine to wait a few more minutes. 10 minutes later, the woman near me who is also waiting asks for an update...she says she has been waiting for an hour and 20 minutes and has two small children at home who are waiting for her. No apologies from the staff, just confused non-answers about where her pizzas are. Finally someone tells her they never made it into the oven but it "will only be 10 minutes". A single pizza has been handed to one of the many customers waiting in the 15 - 20 minutes I've been there... That customer comes back in 5 minutes later saying it's the wrong order. The shift manager just says "yep, that's the wrong pizza" with no apology and turns her back telling someone to fix it. A couple minutes later, she grabs some delivery orders from behind the counter and says to that customer "Well, I'm gonna run some deliveries...but GOOD LUCK!". Wow. What service! It takes 20 minutes for them to get them the right order...again, no apology. The woman who has been there for now well over 1.5 hours asks where her pizza is and is told that "they think someone dropped her garlic knots on the floor or something and have to put new ones in the oven...but that it will only be 6 minutes". She starts crying, saying again that she has two kids at home who are probably scared because she's been gone for an hour longer than she should have been. I comforted her as I felt awful what she was dealing with...why anyone should have to be comforted for ORDERING A PIZZA FROM DOMINO'S is beyond me...this poor woman. And still, even now, no apologies or anything from the staff outside of more confused non-answers and generally dismissive responses. Fast forward, 10 minutes later she finally gets her order and then I get mine a little bit after. Great. I get home and my wife and I start eating. Right as I'm saying to her "well, we're starving but at least it tastes good!" as she takes another bite and realizes that our cheese-stuffed garlic bread is RAW. At first, we just thought the chewiness was the cheese, but then realized that we were chewing on raw dough. So now we're hoping we don't get food poisoning. Worst carryout experience I have ever had; I hope someone from corporate takes a closer look at how this store is being managed because it is shameful. Absolutely nothing positive about this experience."
"Spent 20 bucks on a pizza and they managed to completely mess it up. Pizza was sliced weird, basically 3 slices of one half and 5 of the other. After leaving a tip amount the employee THEN mentions that they put on items I didn’t want and “rubbed them off”."
