"You should hire staff with a customer service attitude, today March 13, 2023 my daughter and I came to this specific store around 1:30, the girl who was there to serve the customer didn't even welcome us, well She didn't even turn to see us because she was very busy with her cell phone. And so with that attitude, any person loses the desire to buy there."

"We went here today to get some shoes, my boyfriend wanted to try on a pair of shoes, the girl said we don't have them but the girls are wearing these shoes ( hands my boyfriend 3 boxes of different shoes) with shirt. What? She didn't say anything about the shoe he wanted to try on we were very disappointed."

"I cannot believe the excellent customer service that I had at Journeys! I bought three pairs of shoes there in the last week. One pair was for my three year old grandson and he is an active kid! The shoe salesman was awesome! He gave Teddy stickers and made sure to get him a great fit all while engaging him and making it a fun experience. They were so helpful when I bought shoes for myself as well. And finally they helped me figure out a good pair of shoes for my 18 month old granddaughter who lives in Kuwait! When my daughter received those shoes she said that they were just right. I hope the employees get paid well because they really work hard and they have great attitudes ! Thank you Journeys... "Just recently bought 2 pairs of shoes here. The sales employees were super nice and guessed my shoe size just by looking lol it was amazing. They fit like a glove. Not to mention they basically picked out the shoes for me with just a little input, and i LOVED what they picked out. Never wouldve chosen it for myself. Absolutely amazing!"
