"Out of all of the coffee shops around West Seattle, Unwind cafe is easily my favorite. Exemplary service and good quality food are just two examples of why I recommend this cafe to everyone I meet. The drinks are well crafted and amazing, and the food is always made fresh to order, not to mention delicious and filling. It is clear that Vanessa puts a lot of care and energy into her business. Please go support this local West Seattle staple!"

"Amazing quaint and cozy atmosphere. Warm like your grandmas kitchen and feels even better. Service was fast and super great. We sat outside on a bench to stay cool and chat. They were so kind to come out and give us every drink and sandwich right afterward it was finished. We tried the nova, club, and breakfast bagel sandwich. You get to pick your amount of cream cheese and they will adjust it for you if you don't want something on it! We got coffee and a few smoothies all tasted great. Not too sweet and lots of flavors where nothing got overpowered. Try a drink w ginger in it if you prefer something that blends together nicely!! Overall we paid $100 w tip. For 4 drinks, and 3 bagel sandwiches. I will be back!!!!"

"Terrible customer service. I came here with my family and got coffee and a smoothie. Despite me giving a 20% tip, once the coffee was served to us, we were asked to leave because they have "only to-go" policy. Why do you ask for a tip then? What's the additional service you are providing to your customers that justifies a tip? Also, the barista mentioned they have a sign up front. They should have the sign clearly visible and not mixed with bunch of other signs. Do not recommend this place."
