"I usually have a good experience here, although their sizing never fits for gals with bigger feet. However, I go mostly to take a look to see if there would be anything by chance. The girls are nice for the most part. My mom went in the other day and said she was treated poorly because of a language barrier. Even though she has bought many shoes from here and given her business to this place for a while. Kind of disappointing, as we have always had a good experience. I hope whoever was working this shift realizes this and can be more understanding for other customers who come through. It’s part of the job (customer service) to be kind and patient."
