Burger King

"This place is NASTY!!! The most disgusting fast food restaurant I've ever walked into... please do not eat from here if you care about yourself. This burger King literally feeds you food that's been touched by people with no gloves, food off the counters and stuff that's been dropped and they even eat from bags. (Saw all of this with my own eyes) they also can't even take a min to clean any bit of the place. I wouldn't be surprised if my family got sick or diseases from stepping foot inside. DONT. GO. HERE. EVER."

"My granddaughter wanted chicken nuggets and ice cream. She got what she wanted and thoroughly enjoyed that. I always like the Burger King french fries because they are flashy and much better than the McDonald’s french fries which are very thin and skinny. We also like that the food was hot and freshly made With specially requested for fresh french fries and fresh chicken nuggets so they were really temperature hot"

"I am giving a rating of one for this burger king only because you don't offer a lower rating. On Feb. 9, 2024 at 9:15 am. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits at the drive thru. When I got to the window the young guy at the window told me they only had one sausage left (WHAT! I thought to myself ) and he said he would replace it with croissan'wich or something like that.when I bit into the sausage muffin the muffin was hard as a rock and dry as a bone. Most likely leftover from the day before. I am shocked to just learn that place is only open from 6:00am until noon and had I known I wouldn't have stopped there. I am sure the locals know and prefer McDonald's a few blocks down the street. That burger king should shut down and if not, someone should put warning signs on the freeway to warm the unexpected how horrible the food is there. Of course I was not given a receipt and suspect that is the managers policy."

"I came in around 4:30 it was kind of busy but not too busy I ordered a rodeo burger and then two of the large chicken fry meals with two root beers I requested honey mustard and fresh food I even told them that I would pull around to the side and wait if I had to to get fresh food. My food was not fresh other than the Rodeo Burger and the lady at the drive-thru window forgot to give me my receipt. So I called and I asked if they would be willing to fix the order and give me fresh food I was told by the lady on the phone named Ashley but she was going to replace one of the meals for me and told them that I spoke to her so I drive across town and I go through the drive-thru and I tell the gentleman what she told me to say. The gentleman at the window popped off with a attitude. And he kept repeating himself do you have proof of purchase do you have proof of purchase and then refuse to give me the entire meal including the fries. So I wasted my gas to drive all the way across town just so they can give me more cold stale chicken fries with no dipping sauce, no napkins and a really unprofessional credit attitude. I can assure you that we will not be returning nor will any of our family members be doing so either. They should really work on training their customer service Representatives to treat the customers with respect at least. Come on you guys it's not that hard to be nice and respectful. And whatever happened to the customer is always right. What a waste of my time and money and to top it all off I'm still hungry so I guess next time I'm going to McDonald's at least they greet you with a smile there. Any who way to go guys you suck. Have a splendid day."

"Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes today and got vanilla ice cream with barley enough hot fudge to taste! When asked if he could add a little more hot fudge I was told that's the best he could do! Won't be stopping by this Burge king again!"
