"I recently came in because my car had died while I was at work. I figured it was just my battery but wanted to get it checked before I bought a new one. The guy who checked my car told me it was my alternator and my battery and that it would cost $500 for the parts and tried to get me to use the mechanic that hangs out in the parking lot? My cost would have been over $800. I called my husband and he told me to leave because it didn’t sound right. I just went to an actual mechanic who told me my alternator is 100% okay and that I just needed to replace the battery. If you’re a woman, I don’t recommend coming here as they will try to screw you out of your money. What a horrible experience."
