"Absolutely horrible experience, placed an order on Nov 1st, hadn’t heard anything until I contacted them on 12-21 saying I haven’t received my parts or an email of confirmation. I requested a refund immediately and as of 1-8 still nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

"Don't use this company!!! I feel this is a scam company.. ordered parts on 9/9/2023... never received a thing until 11/15/2023... and then only received 1 wheel to our dishwasher rack when we ordered 3. I think I only received the 1 because my credit card compay contacted them about the charge (they had until 11/15/23 to respond with proof of validity) Ironic?? Of course, they keep telling us that the other 3 are on the way. Oh, and yes they convinced the credit card company they were sending the parts...... no money back and missing parts......."

"Ordered parts, after a couple days I never received an email or text on my order so I checked my bank account, yes they charged my card. Called three times, no call back until I cancelled the order as fraud. Lady sounded foreign."

They say the right responses, but the item still has not arrived. I think it's always a concern when a company cannot provide you with shipping information. I'm hoping they will refund my money."

"DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with this company. The phone is never answered, they say the will issue refunds, but you have to hound them for months for a simple refund. I ordered two shelves for my refrigerator. Only one showed up and it still had a tag in the box from another company that they ordered it from. I placed the order back in July. Three months later, still only one shelf and no refund for the second."
