"Dylan is phenomenal. I'm diligent about the tires and brakes on my car. I was going over 70,000 miles on the original pads and was listening for the tab squeal signaling the need to replace the pads. It never came. One morning, on the way to work the pads suddenly started to grind. I stopped in and asked Dylan if he'd be able to check out the car. He fit me in on that day and then told me what needed to be replaced. He only replaced what was necessary and was able to fit me in on the next day schedule and had it done on time with an itemized bill listing exactly what was done. It's getting harder to find a mechanic that does exactly what needs to be done and when they said it would be done. This man is true to his word and highly recommended."

"This morning I had a flat tire I live about a block from Bailey's and I called as soon as they opened the young man that was working that said that he would be able to come over and pump up my tire enough for me to drive there once he had somebody else in the shop luckily I was able to pump my tire up enough to get to the shop. Once I got to the shop the guy was able to quickly get the very small nail out of my tire and fix it. I am now on my way to work quickly and safely thanks to the guy working at Bailey's this morning"
