"The staff is always amazing and I'm in the at least once a week for jewelry jar hunting. I bought one tonight for 99.99. you might think ohh something nice maybe well over half the jar was broken pieces and the other half was temu and shein jewelry plus a who bunch of single earrings. It was very sad for 100.00. I've never spent that much on a jar let alone gotten screws , safety pins, broken and literally garbage jewelry I won't wear. I know it's a gamble but in 5 years buying never been so disappointed."
"Dropping off donations should be a frictionless and uneventful transaction -- drive up, hand over your donation, and take the receipt. I appreciate the work these folks do, so I thank them but expect no interaction on their part. Whatever they say or not is entirely up to them. Another thing I didn't expect was the level of rudeness I experienced at this location. I'm politely handing my donations, so don't bark orders at me. Don't roughly rummage through my organized box of donations as though I'm handing over garbage. Don't make rude and sarcastic comments. And don't treat me differently than anyone else. The first time I experienced this level of rudeness, I chalked it up to the person having a rough day (you never know the battle someone is waging internally). But it's been the same in two other instances. From now on, I will take my donations somewhere else."
"Gresham location staff is very nice. However, you can't take carts out of the store itself without wheels locking up. You have to have an associate let you into the bathroom since they now have key coded locks on them. They can't tell you the code, they have to waste their time walking you over to the bathroom. They are also the only location in the area that still does not open their fitting rooms at all. Did not think this location was a high crime or big transient area that required this level of security."
"Treasure hunting like old times, instead of same overstock I saw at the last store. Thats not even the best part. I was the last one in the store because of a disability that they were unaware of. I gave it my all to get to the cash register, but still didn't make it until a few minutes after closing. The cashier, manager and security guard had the kindest attitude, as they helped me check out. It was only after I paid that I let on that I just had spine surgery and would need to make multiple trips to carry my purchases. The manager instead offered to carry all of it to my car for me with not even an eye roll, as the sweet cashier gave me another have a good night and the security guard walked us both out with the a muchly needed empathetic disposition. Every one of them had every right to make me feel like an a** for keeping them there after they closed, instead they chose sincere integrity. I hope they inspire others to find the same within, I know they did me."
"I am a local food delivery driver. I stop here several times a week, because their inventory changes daily. I get all of my apparel here including shoes. They have designer names in just about every size. The whole place is like a giant treasure hunt for me. I've found stuff from many different countries, including Spain, where I was raised. All in all a great place to shop."
