"Customer service is horrible here. Exactly like the other reviewer said, the employees are oblivious to the customers. Sad thing is I believe it was the manager. I was standing at the copy center for 5 minutes while she's standing there saying nothing. I had to ask her and then she states the copy center is closed. She was standing right there ignoring me. I came back later in the day only to be ignored once again. I left without copies and hopefully I never have to go back."

"Just visited the store today. I thought it would be more convenient than ordering online. To pick up and go. Not only are the store employees,what few you have. Are just standing at chatting amongst themselves. They are totally oblivious to the customers.When I did finally find the isle that had the printer ink. The store was out of most every kind of printer ink for HP printers . The shelf was half empty. Not to mention you don't even carry the one I need for my office jet anymore. I guess that's why there is no need for stores anymore. Why should I waste my time when I can buy off line."
