"Their mission and styles seem like something I would like to support, however, my experience was less than desirable. My purchase was a gift scarf being sent to another person. Because the color was not identified by name on the web page I ended up ordering the wrong color. Due to the wrong color being sent the gift will likely never be used. I was given an automated email by the company explaining how to return the item. I can hardly ask the gift recipient to hassle with and pay postage for a return. I can only hope that they take the effort to donate to charity or re-gift the scarf. Being unable to navigate the NAU website, I will likely not make any additional purchases, nor will I recommend them to friends and family."
"A spacious store with beautiful clean styles without any fuss or embellishments. Love the use of recycled fabrics, slim fits, and neutral palette. Bottoms are not as sleek or modern as their tops. Items are a tad on the higher end side but if you're looking for a company that is eco-friendly, you should pay to support helping the environment."
