There was a tired and stressed TRIMET bus driver, who Jay made smile and turned around her day through a promotion he told her about, which was new to the driver. Most fast food is heartless, but Jay makes food feel like home for those of us always on the road for work."

"Stopped in thru the drive thru on my way to work cause I was hungry right now. I got a sourdough double large combo. When I got back on the road, I grabbed my fries and started to eat them and found they were room temperature. I got to work and grabbed my burger, and before I unwrapped it, there was no heat emanating through. My works. 4 minutes away by car, no way would it have gotten cold by then.... this was my first time ever going to a Carl's Jr. I'll try again, and I'll hope for a better experience."

"This is our go-to Carl's Jr. We consistently experience friendly and prompt service. We always order the Beyond Famous Star with cheese and customize our burgers. Each burger is different but they nearly get it right every time which isnt typical in our fast food experience. I would highly recommend getting the waffle fries. They're always fresh, hot, and scrumptious and the proportion is plenty. Overall, this establishment has to be one of the best fast food places I have been. The friendly staff, attention to detail making our food, and the freshness is what sets this place apart. And, it's open 24 hours!"

"In my mind I thought this was going to be like an In and out burger place, but it was more close to a wendy's or McDonald's. They had the usual fast food fair. Something unexpected was that they had fried zucchini. That was cool! If you're lucky enough to find one in Portland, the watch out for the bad parts of town. It can be a rough neighborhood although all of Portland is the bad part of town so..."
