"Manager is rude and judgemental. They have locks on the restrooms and won't let you use them until after you order something.... I go in almost every day for lunch and they still won't let me use it until after. Even then they have to go and enter the code themselves and won't just tell you it. They let people sit in there with out buying anything for a bible study and let them use the restroom but deny others. I've seen the manager be completely rude to the homeless in the area for no reason at all. She has even called them names just bc they are homeless. I've reported her on many things I've seen and heard her do. She's a bully and shouldn't be in any position of authority!!! EVER!!!!"

"Came to this location this morning and I will say the manners here are horrible! The woman at the window was rushing our order. “Anything else” over and over and then read us our total, again, when we weren’t done ordering. And there wasn’t even a line behind us! And then the woman at the window had an attitude as well! she quickly handed us our bag and closed the window so we had to wait and ask for ketchup. Right after she handed us the ketchup she then closed the window again no “have a good day” or anything. This is not how you handle customers of any business! Horrible!"

"Good service at the drive thru. Staff We're friendly and explained what a biggie bag was when she offered it to me. The service was also good when I went inside to use the restroom because the restrooms were locked up. But I didn't have to go track someone down for the code. The front counter person was already coming to help me. Atmosphere felt a little scary with empty dining room, and everything locked up during dinner hour. Not even any condiments or napkins put out that I saw. My food was literally inedible. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a coke. Sandwich was too salty to eat I had 2 bites of my salty food and a couple sips of coke. Thats all I could handle and the rest went in the trash. I couldn't believe how bad it was. What a waste of my money and time."

"Drive thru was super fast, food was really good except for the fries were over salted. Price was amazing, service was really good, and all the other food was really good too. Half of the driveway was clear of snow. Great experience."
