Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"I recently dined at Red Robin and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The food was absolutely terrible - my burger had no flavor whatsoever, and to make matters worse, it seemed like the chef had never heard of salt. The mac and cheese was served cold, and our burnt loaded fries were dry and unappetizing. The meat tasted like it was scraped from leftover BBQ meat crumbs. Adding to the disappointment was the lackluster service. Our server seemed completely disinterested and barely acknowledged our presence. Not once did they check on us to see how our food was or if we needed refills. To top it off, when we asked for a to-go box, they didn't even bother bringing one, despite there still being plenty of food left on my child's plate and our drinks being empty. Overall, the experience was a complete letdown. I would not recommend dining at Red Robin based on this experience."

"Our visit to Portland was certainly not for pleasure, yet our visit to Red Robin near our hotel at Cascade Station was. Our server Gen was very pleasant & attentive to our needs. We ordered a Whiskey River Bbq Burger, listed as a fan favorite with botomless fries, a Chicken Cob Salad & for beverages while we waited,I ordered Mango Daiquiri with an extra shot of rum for myself, a Strawberry Daiquiri for my friend to take the edge off after a long day. She & I both thoroughly enjoyed them, In addition, my daughter loved her chocolate shake & fries. The only drawback was I induced brain freeze twice as I drank that delicious frozen concoction to quickly, All joking aside,this was the best burger I have eaten in recent memory, the Chicken Cobb Salad was equally tasty, & last but not least, the bottomless fries fantastic. I had such a good experience that I can absolutely recommend this Red Robin Gourmet Burgers at Cascade Station in Portland,Oregon."

"My Mum, my daughter and I came here for lunch around 1245 and we were able to get seated promptly. Our server was August, who was phenomenal. He was upbeat, friendly and what you would expect from great service. My daughter ordered 1st the fried pickels and the bacon cheese burger with a strawberry lemonade. My Mum got the crispy chicken wrap and I had the banzai burger with a fried egg on it(it's awesome if you add an egg). Not the best picture but the burger was amazing"

"The fish & chips were great. Large portion. I would have liked an option for just 2 pieces. The fish was moist like it should be. The service was good from staff other than my waitress. She was busy and I had to reach out to others for what I needed and already asked for. The person delivering the food was very polite & nice. It felt like they were covering for her. The waitress gave me some sweet potatoes to try but they were burnt and shriveled. Everything else was good. This was lunch on a Monday. Happy they had self checkout."

"The burgers were the ONLY good thing. I ordered sweet potato fries with my burger and was given steak fries instead. They said they were frying the sweet potato fries fresh… they were not fresh when I got them! And then we were charged extra for them. Our server never checked on us so we had to get another server’s attention to get refills on our drinks. Both the steak fries and the sweet potato fries were dry, cold and inedible. The person that delivered the sweet potato fries basically tossed them on the table and walked away before we could ask for the sauce we ordered to go with them. And being charged $1.29 for less than a tablespoon for a side of guacamole is just ridiculous! Tables around us sat empty, full of dirty dishes and leftover food during our entire meal. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to this Red Robin location!"
