Denny's

"After standing in the doorway for the first 10 minutes people started to filter in as the cashier cashed each customer our before seating anyone. We would of left but didn’t think it would be all bad. Sat down for our order and no strawberry milkshakes only chocolate. Milkshake did not come with the metal tin as said in the menu and it was more like chocolate milk. Pretty pricey for that. Ordered an omelet with gluten free toast was told I could get pancakes instead. Waitress did not check on our order and charged us $3.50 for the up charge on getting pancakes when a side of pancakes is only$3.39. Not only did she charge .11 cents more but she didn’t give me the gluten free bread too. During and after Covid Dennys is another victim of poor service and will go bankrupt this year due to their inadequacies. The 2 stars are for the cooks, they really rocked the orders out!"

"Waitress was not happy to be at work was not friendly didn't bring water rushed us to order. The chicken fried steak tasted like soap and my milkshake cup was dirty."

"Biscuits and gravy with a couple of sausage links and some scrambled eggs. This meal was all over the place with nothing really good about it. The biscuits were actually just a biscuit super flat and cut in half. Basically, it was almost a thick pancake cut in half. With super hot gravy that I would normally not complain about the temperature, but everything else was like warm at best, and I feel this just made the gravy feel so much hotter? Super bland gravy, by the way. The sausage links were just below room temperature like they were in the fridge, taken out for 10 minutes, and then served... the taste was pretty decent, but the texture was bad... and cold sausage just isn't that... it's just... unsatisfying at best... The eggs I would say were done unsatisfied perfectly except then left to cool while the sausage warned up? I honestly feel like the eggs were made super quickly thrown in the plate with sausage that just came out of the fridge. Then they waited for 10 minutes to throw gravy on the biscuit and then serve?"

"We have visited Denny's on Christmas Day. We have to wait 15 minutes for someone to attend us. The server was rude. She said everything will take 20 minutes from the order taking time. After half an hour she came back and said it will be another 15 minutes maximum. We wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food. The serve my food on a dirty plate. We visited here because they posted they will be open on Christmas Day. Very upsetting experience!"
