"There was a terrible cashier that I believe was named Kayden, it was a male who was helping a new female cashier. When paying for my order, he provided misinformation about extra charge on a side and also refused to change/cancel my order. His reactions were very rude and I believe that the customer service skills/training should be reevaluated."
"I'm not be a student at the school this place is at, and haven't been there more than twice, but the food is absolutely great! I also really like the design of the restaurant, inside. I don't know what it is, but it just feels like a cool and social location! (Also it has karaoke, which is always a plus) my only complaint is that they don't accept cash, only card, and meal points from the students live in the dorms at that school, but that's my only issue. Would definitely recommend. Just make sure, if you aren't a student, you're using card, not cash."
