"I went to pick up my mobile app order # 914292. It was 2 burrito supremes and 1 soft taco. I got there to pick up my food, and the young lady said they never got an order from me. I showed her my phone, and she again said we never got an order from you. She said it very rudely. I said I paid for this food, what am I supposed to do? She says again we never got an order from you wait in the lobby. So we did, and they finally found my order in the system and said they were going to start making it. No apologies or anything. My husband looks over at the shelf where they put Doordash, Uber eats, grub hub orders. There was a single bag sitting there, and guess what? It was my order. At this point it has been sitting there for over 20 minutes. It was ice cold, but that is the food I was given. Worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had and I am a 60 year old woman who has been a Taco Bell customer since I was a teenager. Not a happy customer! Kimberly Wing"

"Menu prices on this one higher than most of the city. Pretty steep. Food quality mixed. I've had an order mix-up almost every time, and I'm a gentle and generous judge of taco bell."

"Generally drive thru orders have gotten better the last few years. You get what you ordered. There were times when things were missing. Not so much lately."

"Stop puttin my tacos in the bag upside down.. juice runs everywhere and its a mess. Meat is literally in the wrapper and not the tacos and its happened more than 10 times now in the past 2 months. Tacos belong right side up on to go orders. Also tried the new nach fries...i paid almost 6 bucks for this?!? Several of the fries are green?"

"Does every race hate Black people? I was unfairly judged by a Mexican man at this location. What an unpleasant experience! I got the vibe like he was treating me like a suspect when I was an inconvenienced paying customer. It was so horrible! We intermittent fast and eat only once a day; you can imagine our hunger. We ended up eating extremely late and ordered $28 dollars and some change worth of food. The confusion was understandable. There possibly was a language barrier, and we ordered two number 8’s but different ways. After getting back to the hotel, we realized they messed up one order. The nacho fries were so cold we put them in the dog bowl and our pitbull didn’t even want them. We put our clothes back on and headed back to the store within the hour. Once there, we were greeted with unsatisfactory customer service. We were told that if we couldn’t find our receipt that our order could not be pulled up and we could not be helped. We then found the receipt and were told that we came hours ago. He said you came at 9:57 and we were back before 11:00. I ate my food and we had to get re-dressed. We were treated as if we were trying to pull a scam or something after spending almost 30 dollars. I was told there was no manager at the location and even with the receipt he was trying not to serve me. I became angry and we got into a verbal altercation. He closed the window, locked it, and waved me off. After seeing that I would not leave and the line started to back up, he gave me my order, which coincidentally was still messed up. It’s sad to say that Yes, I do believe it was because I am Black. News flash, all of us are not going to rob you, scam you, or harm you! I like who likes me any race or gender."
