"I really enjoyed my dining experience here. The staff is amazing. Maggie, she’s a sweetheart! So personable and fun to talk to. The food is spectacular, for such a small operation they have the food so perfected each bite was amazing, I especially loved Maggie’s salad! The staff made the group of 6 that I was dining with a table up, normally I would say you would be most comfortable in a group of 2-4 max. But they made it work and the service was incredible! Definitely will be returning for date night."
"Visited with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. Despite the busy night, the small staff was able to accommodate our large group and made us feel very welcome. Just a few fresh and simple dishes on the menu. Their gnocchi was incredible. Also tried some of the salad that a friend ordered and we all loved the dressing so much we each took home a few ounces of the dressing. Tables are small and seating is limited so best to visit with a date or 4 people max, in my opinion. But again the staff was very accommodating of our group of 6 and did not make us feel rushed. We hope to visit again soon."
"This place has been on my list of restaurants to try out and I was so sad that it didn’t live up to any of my expectations. For a place that’s so raved, I was honestly hoping for more. My husband and I went here for a date night and we both left disappointed. The pasta dishes were mediocre at best. We could taste the freshness of the pasta but that was pretty much the only good part about our dishes. It lacked flavor and the “oomph” we were expecting for dishes that were $25 each. If you do end up going here, manage your expectations and remember to stay patient. I think our pasta dishes took almost an hour to get to us."
"This is a must if you are In search of legit pasta made in small batches. I suggest getting there early as they will sell out. We tried everything on the menu and it was perfect for two people. Highly recommend!!"
"First and foremost I don’t understand the hype of this place after going here. I slept on it and had to make a review because my expectations were so high. Came 10 minutes before opening and was able to secure an order around 5:45. They also changed their menu before updating online so we didn’t get what we originally wanted. I’ll be as descriptive as I can. We got one of everything besides the coppa plate. Maggie’s salad was good, the best thing on the menu. Bread was okay, too soft for me personally, requested olive oil and it was not a good dipper. Instead of a stuffed rabbit pasta, they changed it to a winter squash. It was okay but we only get 6 pieces for $25. The next one is a semolina extruded macaroni pasta with tomato sauce and beans. I eat beans when I try to save money, this was $24. This dish was a joke to me. Last we tried dessert, which was an Italian apple cake, also okay. Overall I’d give this place a solid 2.5. Prices do not match the service and food. The employees were kind and service was prompt but you grab your own plates, water and utensils. You bust your own table. They cook with a wood fired oven which, is there any point? Is it for show? They even forgot to give us salad so we had to ask (which they did comp) but we got it after our pasta. Glad I tried it, because I won’t thinking about it or be going back."
