"Extremely disappointed in the way burgerville has gone so down hill. We went to get dinner here and it has been a while since we’ve been here. But the prices alone were outrageous. We’d order and got stuck in line or would had left. $50 for 2 people to get 2 meals?? I don’t even understand how at a fast food place. Not only that but our food was cold upon receiving it, we both got sick from eating the food today, and it just overall tasted gross. Ended up tossing the rest of my dinner due to the taste. I don’t want to speak for all locations but I am extremely disappointed by the meal we had. And to spend that much on fast food. Shame on us for even paying, shame on burgerville for the lack of care for the food. Will not be returning as the last two visits have been bad experiences."

"Dude I really needed to go to the restroom they were very kind I was homeless at the time, and they didn't even bother me they just let me be in there for like an hour and a half. I made sure to leave the restroom a little cleaner than when I entered it. So basically I'm saying the atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful because they weren't judgemental."

"The service here was AWFUL!!! I ordered a five piece fish and chips and the parmesan fries and a cheeseburger meal for myself and my 2 daughters. I paid $46, got my order and drove off only to find that instead of fish, I was given what looked like 3 day old chicken strips, and no fries. I would have just ignored it but due to the cost and condition of the chicken strips I turned around after crossing the St. John's bridge. The manager was very short with me the second time through the drive through. When I finally did get the very expensive fish I ordered, the employee shoved it at me along with very cold fries without a word. The fish also looked like it had been left in the fryer for a few hours and was cold at that. Needless to say.....never going back!"

"This burgerville is literally the worst in the PDX area. Poor service, the food is always prepared terribly, and they ring up the wrong items every time. My girlfriend can’t have dairy and they have twice now given her a dairy shake and told us it is a bliss (non dairy) shake. We have contacted the owners several times and they always just email the same automatic “sorry for your experience” email. Don’t waste your money, Wendy’s is right down the road and so much better for a cheaper price."

"If you're expecting "fast" food at this location, you won't get it here. They were so slow, that people stuck in the drive through started honking their horns. When I finally got to the window, there was confusion with my order and I got an extra drink. The fries were nice and fresh, but the lettuce in the halibut sandwich should've been thrown out last week - it was shriveled and brown. See the photo. Even though the menu says pickles are included in the sandwich, there were none, and there was hardly a smear of mayo on the buns, making this a very dry sandwich. This was a very disappointing eating g experience for me."
