"Never heard of this restaurant before and thought I would give it a try. First time here and I thought the food was great! Service from the staff was nice, fast, and informative! Burger was nicely made and I liked the one person table hahaha!"

"Ordered a burger and fries. It was okay. Nothing to write home about. I was just trying to find a cheaper meal close to the Hyatt. I’d never heard of this place so I tried it out. They had a few more options on fries and burgers than other chains, but at the end of the day it’s a fast food burger and fries. Restaurant was kind of dead inside. I’d go back for a cheaper meal though."

"This location scares me a little because of where it's located. It was kind of unnerving to see a security officer standing outside the front door. But he must not have worked there. When I went to the counter the staff looked a little confused but finally one of them helped me. I ordered one of their amazing Cocoa Peppermint Shakes, which was very good. The place is very large and clean and I found a place to sit where I could keep an eye on my car. There's nothing wrong with this place. It was just a little intimidating being that I was alone, but I didn't have any issues."

"Many people have told me how amazing burger ville is, so after many months of procrastinating, I decided to give it a try. Service was good, food tasted fresh but the patty was undercooked (I expected a medium-well). Maybe I'll try something else on the menu next time."
