"What a blessing we discovered Beck's Shoes in Poulsbo and the extraordinary Store Manager, Tiffany Kelchlin, this week. My husband and I were visiting Poulsbo, walked by the store and saw in the window the exact pair of shoes he had been looking for, Hokas in black. Ms Kelchlin's assessment of my husband's feet was exceptional. She asked him pertinent questions about what he wanted in a supportive shoe for his work as a massage therapist, inspected his feet, observed him walking in his old shoes and while walking in the Hokas. Ms Kelchlin was very astute to suggest what style of Hoka would be best. Additionally, she suggested a type of sock that would enhance support and comfort when wearing the shoes. Ms Kelchlin's positive attitude, attention and fun spirit with us and all of the customers present in the store was superior. It is so rare these days to find a person so skilled and knowledgeable of her craft of fitting people for shoes, providing excellent customer service, and at the same time, managing the store. We believe we have found a shoe "home" thanks to Ms Kelchlin's exceptional skills, knowledge, and service."

"I am a (old Harrison) Beck Shoe Store fan. I've been going there for years due to a problem foot. Harrison's is now Becks but they still have their great fitting specialist, Tiffany, and superior quality shoes. I took my elderly mom there who needed a shoe to fit a new foot brace, Saturday. The store was busy but we were greeted promptly, reassured they could help us and directed to the type of shoes we should look at.
