"Just want to give my two cents worth to counter other (few) negative reviews. I have been shopping at Flicka ever since they opened and have always had positive experiences. Their sales people are helpful and knowledgeable. The clothes I have purchased have been quality, and yes, not inexpensive but worth it because the clothes lines are unique and not easily found elsewhere on the Kitsap peninsula. With so many small businesses not making it these days, I hope that Flicka continues to stay in business. Poulsbo needs this wonderful store!"

"A year ago we shopped in your store, a happy experience and a many purchases. We went back yesterday, my mother has chronic bronchitis & asthma, her mask was not all the way on her nose. The 1 girl told her to fix her mask (not nicely and according to my 9 year old daughter, rudely) my mom explained her health problems and the sales girl still insisted she fix her mask, at which point they left. It is a pity as my mom really loved that rain jacket she was trying on. Next year we will skip your store completely. P.S. no one else was in the store and the sales girl was at least 10 feet away. Ridiculous behavior"

"Poor quality at an upscale boutique price. The prices here are becoming more common for downtown Poulsbo, like $89 for a blouse, but at these prices I expect something that will hold up. I bought a cute pairs of fuzzy fingerless gloves two weeks ago. I've only worn them a couple of times for short periods because my fingers get cold when I'm working in my office on my computer. Already they are matting down in places, have funky fuzzy pieces that stick out in others, and they shed worse than my cat! I tried to give this store another shot because I like to shop local and other people seem to like it. I found a pair of ugly running socks (dirty lime green/ yellow) but the clerk swore that they were the most comfortable socks and I would never go back. So I paid the $20 plus tax for one pair. The first time I wore them they were very comparable for about an hour, but as I wore them the cotton stretched and they got so loose they wouldn't even stay on! I tried to wash them, but it didn't help. I'm not wasting my money here again."

"My friend lives in poulsbo and some of her cutest clothes are from this shop, so she is always happy to oblige my request to stop and take a peek at what is happening here. I have to say, I usually prefer to be left alone when shopping, but the people who work here are engaging, conversational and do a great job cultivating the atmosphere."
