It appeared there were only 3 employees at that time for the entire store. They were having a shoe sale this day. Not much else to say except the sale prices were great. "If your business is supposed to be open at 10am on Sunday customers shouldn’t have to wait in the parking lot or by the doors until well after 10am for you to open the doors. Get more efficient employees that value customers time."

"I went to Big 5 yesterday. I walked in and no one said a word yet when I was walking towards the back section other people walked in and they were greeted. This isn't the first time I've have experienced this type of poor customer service in the past. I don't plan on purchasing anything from this store ever. Not one worker said a word until I asked for the manager's name. There was a guy in the back with the ladder that I asked questions. Then when I was walking out of the store because of the high prices I asked what was the manager's name. Sporting Goods and other items such as sports shoes or name brand shoes are a lot cheaper at Ross or online. And I never plan on purchasing anything from such location and I won't be recommending this door to anybody. They need to improve on customer service and treat everybody equal and not discriminate. Keeping it real! We went to Athlete's Corner and purchased what we wanted there instead of Big 5. Customer service at Athlete's Corner was excellent."
