I ordered a sweatshirt and snap back hat from them and although they were unable to fulfill my order for the hat, they did a great job making up for it. They sent me an email and text stating that the hat was on back order and I can either wait to get it later or get a refund, I opted for the refund. I was disappointed since it was for my husband's bday present but they came through to make up for it and provided us with a free tshirt, beanie, some cool stickers and a hand written note saying they were sorry.
