"I am so happy with the service of cleaning my electric carpet sweepers, it looks like new! I also had a stick vacuum that wS so off brand, a replacement battery could not be found. So they had a sale and would give $100 trade in, even if it was a piece of junk like my stick vacuum, and I got a great deal on a brand new vacuum! I am so happy!!!!"
"As a Google Maps guide, I try very hard to give the best and honest reviews of the businesses I have the pleasure to visit. However I find myself now in a situation to where I actually have to give a business a one-star which pains me. But in this case it is completely and totally earned. This is not about the end product because the vacuum that I dropped off to be repaired was done so, this is about the complete lack and utter disregard for acceptable and friendly customer service. I had dropped my vacuum off a week ago to have the special service done that the vacuum shop offers, as I was working I asked a friend of mine to go pick it up I supplied her with the tag Etc. At first the older man who runs the front of the store and maybe the owner I do not know, was cordial, however when asked to get an itemized receipt of the cost of parts, he became combative, rude and condescending, not to mention verbally aggressive and loud. This all started because of a simple request to have an itemized cost. I have known my friend for 35 years she is 73 years old and a stand-up friend. When she told me her story and her experience with this gentleman I was mortified and I apologized to her for his rude Behavior. My friend and this gentleman at the store are peers, I would like to think he was just having a bad day, regardless I think my friend deserves an apology. I do not think we will get one. Nor do I think I will go back with my business. I hope those of you who read this will take it in good faith. I find it difficult to give any business one star, but this particular moment shines a bright light on Unbecoming Behavior for a customer service-based business. Have a nice day."
"i had a portable AC that needs deep cleaning, even though it's an unusual request, they were very helpful and did a great job and only charge small fees. My AC are now spotlessly clean. Definitely trust them and will refer to everyone."
